Meditation is the practice of meeting yourself.
It's the pulling of oneself into the present moment.
Listen to your body, to your heart, to your breath.
Listen beyond the noise of your thoughts to the gentle voice of your intuition.
I usually incorporate meditation in a sound bath but I can offer them separately.
